Product: Hp OfficeJet 3830

My printer isn't allowing me to print because it keeps asking to update as well as trying to connect to instant ink. I can't find the account I originally made to connect to instant ink so I attempted to add the printer to a new account. On the new account I have all functions expect disconnecting or canceling instant ink. I was wondering if there is someway to cancel the account so my printer starts printing again as usual.
