HP DeskJet 2620 All-In-One-Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I used last year the service HP Instant Ink but I canceled it last November. Now I changed the printer cartridges from the Ink ones to normal ones. But the printer still doesnt work. The printer information page says that the printer is not connected to Instant Ink.. but thats it. The printer shouldnt be connected to Instant ink, rather should work without it because i already changed and canceled everything. So my question is: Why? Is the reason maybe that I still not sent the old Ink cartidges back?

Thanks for your help!

Hi @himym1324

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.

Kindly login to your Instant Ink account page and check if the enrollment is canceled. Go to hpinstantink.com/signin. Your Instant Ink account page will have notifications if there are any issues with the account or recent cartridge shipment, it will even provide solutions on how to fix the issue.

For more info on canceling the enrollment, refer to this document.

Remove web services and check if the issue persists

Refer to this document to know how.

Restart the wireless router and the printer. Make sure both the ink cartridges installed in the printer are non-Instant ink cartridges.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
