Printer doesn't work without HP Instant Ink Subscription

Hello Mr./Mrs.,

I bought a second-hand HP ENVY 5540 printer. My printer says, " Can not print. Connect the HP Instant Ink service".  I don't want to subscribe to HP Instant Ink service and have enough cartridges. 

How can I use this printer without a subscription?
