My color ink ran out and I have not received a shipment.  My printer in flashing an orange error light and nothing I have done will clear it.  My instant-ink subscription acknowledges that it is a problem with the ink cartridge but gives me a message that the ink shipment will not come until the issue is resolved.  My problem with that is I am being billed every month for ink, my black ink came, but I need my color ink so that I can use my printer.  Please have someone email me or call me so that I can have this issue resolved.  Thank you in advance for a speedy response.
