I am enrolled in the HP Instant Ink and received my color cartridge to be installed. I installed the cartridge and now it sends me an error message that the “Cartridge can not be used until the printer is enrolled in HP Instant Ink. I am Already enrolled and received the replacement cartridge from them.

Is the black ink cartridge working fine?
Restart the wireless router, the printer, and the PC
Perform the steps mentioned in this document to resolve this issue.
