Hi, I recently updated my MacOS to Catalina and now my printer is giving me an error. It states "cartridge cannot be used until printer is enroll in HP instant ink". I am enrolled in HP instant ink. What am i not doing correctly?

If your printer's status displays "Printer in error state," there may be a problem with the printer itself. Make sure the printer is turned on and connected to your PC by Wi-Fi or cable. Check it for low paper or ink, and be sure the cover isn't open and the paper isn't jammed.

Since you mentioned that you have updated your Mac Os, I recommend you update the firmware for your printer. Click here to download
Also, try to disable and enable web services from here
