Help please. I have a subscription to HP instant inks, which has worked very well for several years. Yesterday, I installed two new cartridges in my HP Desk Jet 2630 printer and now it will not print off any documents that I try to print. I have received printer error message. I get "Printer Status Report" and Printer Information Page", so the printer is printing, but not what I send to the printer. If I look on controls, it says there are no pages waiting to be printed. You may gather that I am not very technical.

The laptop is a Toshiba and I use Google Chrome. My printer is a HP Deskjet 2630. I have been using hp printer inks for several years, ever since buying the printer. After posting on here, I contacted hp for support and then my internet provider and it seemed to get sorted, but then it has failed again. The printer is switched on and the little blue light is solid, but nothing else.
