This printer is enrolled to another Instant Ink account and can't be enrolled yet

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you. 

The printer can be linked to only one instant ink account. Before trying to enroll it, please ask the previous user to remove the printer from their account or cancel the instant ink subscription.
