Printer has 2 month free trial offer, signed up during initial setup and did not get free trial

I enrolled for instant ink from the hp smart print app which i installed as i was setting up the printer, the same day that i bought the printer. enrollment went smoothly, i entered all of my info, shipping and billing info, payment details and selected a plan, and there is no credit for my two free months showing on the plan section of the instant ink home page. please advise.

To better assist you - What plan did you select while enrolling? Please select a plan which is 50-page or more. The free months are not applicable on the 15-free page plan.


If the issue still persists, I have sent you a private message with further instructions. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
