Printer has server problem and doesn't print anymore

HP Recommended
HP Envy Photo 6234
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

On my HP Envy Photo 6234 I get server problem. Can't connect to webservices.

My printer also doesn't want to print anymore because of that connectivity problem.

My printer has connection with wifi so that is ok.

What can I do to make printing again possible?

Hi @SVerstraete

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.

Is the printer enrolled in Instant Ink?

Have you checked your HP Instant Ink account page? Your Instant Ink account page will have notifications if there are any issues with the account or recent cartridge shipment, it will even provide solutions on how to fix the issue. You may log in to your HP Instant Ink account page from here.

Restart the Wireless router and the Printer.

Make sure the web services are ON. Refer to this document to know how to turn On web services on the printer.

Try printing.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Let's try assigning a Google DNS -

1. Get your printer's IP Address (Can find this under Network Config under Settings)
2. Type the IP into your web browser
3. On the left-hand side click on iPV4 under WIRED or WIRELESS (however you are connected)
4. Click Manual DNS
5. Under preferred type
6. Under alternate type
7. Unplug Modem from the wall. Wait 30 seconds. Plug back in.
8. Turn off your printer by pushing the power button. Wait 30 seconds. Power on.
