Printer incorrectly stats not enrolled with instant ink

HP Recommended
HP DeskJet 2700 all in one printer series

we are registered with HP instant ink but printer says we are not and refuses to print as it incorrectly stats we are not enrolled in HP instant ink

I understand you are not able to print due to this error. To assist you better, we would need some information related to your Instant Ink Subscription. This information cannot be shared on a public post.
