I got a "cartridge problem" error for my color cartridge. I've tried all the troubleshooting steps as shown on the support website for this error with no resolution (cleaned contacts on cartridge & printer, pulled pwer cord to reset printer, reseated cartridge). I would like to request a new colour cartridge as I do not have one. I can't get through to live chat or phone support.

 

I have a subscription and received new black cartridges, but never a colour one.
