Hi, I have this error on my printer: 0xc19a0020. I tried everything, I cleaned it, I bought a new cartridge but it remains there.

I don't know what to do now. Someone could help me?

If you have already performed the steps from the document  '0xc19a0005' or Similar Error Code Displays and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

Thank you but it doesn't work. It says turn off and then turn on the printer but it doesn't work and remain the error.

Like mentioned this is a hardware failure.

 

You can either take it to the nearby store or contact our support team.
