Hi, I have this error on my printer: 0xc19a0020. I tried everything, I cleaned it, I bought a new cartridge but it remains there.
I don't know what to do now. Someone could help me?

If you have already performed the steps from the document '0xc19a0005' or Similar Error Code Displays and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
