HP Office Jet Pro 6960

Hi There,

 

I own a HP Office Jet Pro 6960 and my ink levels for all 4 cartridges indicated they were low on ink.

 

I therefore purchased a box of HP 364 compatible ink cartridges from Curry's and replaced with the old one's, however when I replaced an error message popped up saying to 'remove and install the indicated cartridge (all 4) making sure it's correctly installed'.

 

I have since taken out and clipped back in the cartridges numerous times however the message keeps displaying, leaving me without a working printer.

 

Any suggestions/ideas?

If you have already performed the steps from the document Ink Cartridge Errors and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
