I have a printer I got second-hand. I don't have contact with the previous owner and I think the printer is still on his account. I can't register for Instant Ink and it seems this printer is useless unless I get it on my own account. The FAQ says to reach out to HP customer support for assistance, but it is impossible to reach a real person, especially since the printer is out of warranty. Does anyone know how to get help?
