I don't know why but my printer is stating that the cyan color Instant Ink cartridge is empty and needs to be replaced. I have taken it out and can hear the ink in the cartridge and when I shake it blue ink comes out. When I synced my Instant Ink account with the printer, it originally stated that there was an error with the cartridge and until the error is corrected that no new shipments would be sent. After I removed the cartridges and cleaned the heads and ran an alignment that printed out all of the colors, I ran another sync with Instant Ink and it now states that all of the ink levels on all cartridges are fine. The printer still states that the cartridge needs replacing and only offers printing in black. I have reset the printer several times, but it does not change the error with the printer reading the cartridge incorrectly. Any idea how to fix the issue?
