To assist you better, are you using Instant Ink cartridges in the printer?
Is the printer enrolled in Instant Ink?
If yes, make sure the printer is connected to the internet. Your Instant Ink account page will have notifications if there are any issues with the account or recent cartridge shipment, it will even provide solutions on how to fix the issue. You may log in to your HP Instant Ink account page from here.
If the suggested information can't be found, please send me a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

No it did not it said that I needed a code which as I said we cannot print it out also wouldn’t connect to the internet or to any of our tablets or computer therefore not spending hours waiting for it to load and so we are going to get rid of it as never had this trouble before and it wasn’t until. We cancelled our subscription that it stopped printing and also it does have hp302 instant ink in it and it’s a new cartridge from last time we were subscribed therefore I am cancelling my subscription and therefore getting a new printer NOT HP thank you

As this printer has a touch screen, you can view the claim code on the printer screen.
If the Instant Ink service is canceled, you will no longer be able to use Instant Ink cartridges to print. You have to use regular ink cartridges.
You may purchase replacement cartridges and other supplies from the HP Store or local retailers.
