This thing has been a headache since day one... a long time ago. Ive set it up and I can print from it but...

1. When in HP Print app(Android/PC) and I sign into My Account, under Owned Printers the Connectivity status shows "1Printer not Connected" or "Disconnected."

But it is conneced. It most certainly IS connected to my LAN Wifi! And I have InstantInk!

2. The Information button light is ALWAYS on! I cant figure out how ToTURN IT OFF! Its so annoying!!

3. HP Print app on Home page you can go Left or Right to select a device. Device 1. is my printer and it says "Ready"

Device 2. Is my printer again and it says Offline. I dont have two printer so... where the heck. How can I remove this second printer?

The information light cannot be disabled, it is designed to remain on. Pressing the information button prints a printer information page. Printer Information Page provides a summary of the printer information and its current status

 

Please send us a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
