Good Afternoon My printer keeps reading error on my black ink cartridge. This happens last week Friday after Hp Instant Ink notify me that colored ink was shipped cause my printer notify them that it was low. I use my printer on Thursday evening to print out some work and it worked fine. Now I can't print anything at all. This is frustrating cause I've been trying to get an answer from Sunday and I have work I needs to print out atm. all I want to know how to fix the cartridge error or whats the next step? cause the website is saying Either an ink cartridge is not installed or there is an issue with the installed cartridge. Replace or clean the cartridge to resolve the issue—you will not receive ink shipments until the error is resolved.

Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document to resolve ink cartridge errors.
If the issue persists with the black ink cartridge, please send us a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

Thank you for the information. I see that you are using the trial black ink cartridge. I have sent you a replacement black ink cartridge with express shipping that will be delivered to you in 2-4 business days.
