Hi, my printer keeps jamming every single time I use. The paper goes in and then I have to un-jam it every single time! Please help

Welcome to the HP Support Community. 

 

To better assist you - What's the paper size and type? 

 

While you respond to that, try updating the printer's firmware. Refer to this document for steps - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
