Product: HP Photosmart 5520

My printer won't print black ink, even with a new ink cartridge. My printer says Printer Failure 0xc19a0013. "There is a problem with your printer or ink system. Turn the printer off, then on. If you continue to get this message, contact HP."

It still doesn't work.

HP Recommended

I have gone through ALL of the steps listed, several times. I have a new black ink cartridge and it still will not print black. Is there a fix? I don't want to buy another ink cartridge and then it not work and need to buy another printer.
