Printer not printing in color

HP Recommended

My printer currently will not print in color. Is there a setting for this? I have selected color when printing. I had a billing issue with a compromised card that has been resolved. Is it possible the account was not re-activated? OR Is it possible my color ink cartridge is not working. It was recently installed.  I am a Special Ed. teacher and I need to be able to print things in color. Any
