It appears hp inks has control of my printer. It indicates that I should contact hpinstantinks.com. I am frustrated beyond words. Impossible to talk to someone.

Firstly, let's check the printer connected to the router.
The wireless light on the printer should be solid blue (not blinking). If the light is not on or is blinking, turn the printer off, restart the router, and then turn the printer on again. Wait to see if the light on the printer turns on and is solid. Go to HP printer setup (wireless network) for more information.
