Super annoyed that I can’t just talk to someone to get this figured out and I have to “post it”.

My printer isn’t printing and I needed my reports turned it but apparently that ain’t going to happen.

When I sent my file it cancels the job and says there’s a “ HP Instant Ink Problem”

“Cannot print: Visit www.hpinstantink.com for info”

go to the website I can’t find info

Try to talk to an agent can’t because my printer is out of warranty. I’m sorry I am a cheap bleep that can’t get a new printer. 
I shouldn’t have have a problem since I still haven’t used my first cartridge.

Well I’ve come to the conclusion that the reason why my printer is on lock down is for some reason my membership is canceled or stoped or something. I log into my account and it keeps saying to sign up. Umm I already am.

Hp envy 6420e is my printer. It’s very annoying that I can’t print at any time I want. Lots of errors, not responding, blah blah … it doesn’t even recognise the paper that it has got inside, and that’s one of the reason it won’t print. I can’t select manually the paper that you had inside I just have to wait for the printer to recognise the paper…. Where is the printer ever and I’m stuck with it and with instant ink thing. To print two pages I have to make a two hour debugging..
