Printer not printing

No envy photo 6220
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hi, my printer will not seem to print. It will take the paper through but will just send a blank page, I’ve checked ink levels, cleaned heads and realigned as suggested through printer but noting seems to be working.

any ideas on a fix would be appreciated, thanks in advance

@NatMorgan

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Are you able to make a copy?

Let's print a print quality report:

  1. On the control panel, swipe down to open the Dashboard, and then touch the Setupicon.

  2. Swipe up on the display, touch Reports, and then touch Print Quality Report.

    A Print Quality Diagnostic page prints.

Let me know how this report prints.

Perform the steps you haven't from this document: https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-envy-photo-6200-all-in-one-printer-series/9073045/model/1648...

If you have another set of cartridges, do try with that.

Let me know if this helps.

Printer not printing

Hi thanks for your response. I’ve tried the step provided and still nothing. It’s as if the ink isn’t coming out, you can get the ink jet moving across but it is just ejecting plain paper

You can try changing the ink cartridge, if you've any spare. If not, I recommend you to contact the HP Support Team regarding this as this could be a hardware issue.
