When I try to print anything even coping an existing document. I get a Non-error error message. It simple puts up the message on the printer screen, “Cannot Print. Contact www.hpinstantink.com”.   It doesn’t give me any indication to the nature of the problem. When I log onto the website and sign in to my account there is no indication to the nature of the problem.

I understand you are not able to print or make a copy on the printer due to the error. 

  • Is the printer enrolled in Instant Ink?
  • If yes, make sure the printer is connected to the internet and you are using HP Instant Ink cartridges in the printer.

Restart the printer and check for the error. If the error persists, please send us a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
