HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 All-in-One Printer

My printer is struggling to receive alternative ink cartridges. So I am trying to re-enroll in HP Instant Ink. My printer is online, but when I try to go to the site to enroll, the site says “printer offline” and does not allow me to move forward. How do I get it to see my printer?!?

Hi @Boney8895,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd like to help!

To be able to answer you effectively, we need some information.

“Your Instant Ink account page has data on past deliveries and estimated shipments.  It also helps you understand what state your cartridges are in based on HP’s data.  Any issues will be shown with steps to fix.  Please check your account page to see the latest cartridge information by signing into your account at “instantink.com”.

You can login into your instant ink account page and at the right side of the page you should have re-enroll option. Click it to enroll back to the program.

If you canceled your HP Instant Ink service, but changed your mind, you have until the end of the current billing cycle to stop the cancellation. Check the status of your cancellation, and then click the button to keep the enrollment. If the button to keep the enrollment is not available, you can re-enroll the printer.
