Product: HP Envy Photo 7855

I have the HP ENVY Photo 7855 printer. Everytime I try to print something, it prints out a blank page or a page with barely any ink. I ran a diagnostic test and it said that I still have ink.

This may be dried out cartridge. Please scan and upload an affected document here to the community. It would help us a lot. 🙂
