The replacement cartridges were rejected by the printer. It refused to scan for realignment and stated not correct for the printer. I reinstalled the old cartridges and their were no problems.

I see that you are facing an issue with your printer ink cartridges.

 

Kindly refer to the steps from this link and let me know if that fixes the issue.

 

Also, update the printer firmware by clicking on this link.
