My printer is displaying that my Cartridge cannot be used until it is enrolled in HP Instant Ink. I have gone to my account and tried all the steps to refresh, including turning off the printer and wifi, but my account is saying that is unable to connect to my printer. My printer also does nothing when I push any of the buttons on the screen. What are my next steps?
