I have a HP 9100 series and I use instant ink. The printer has suddenly started to reprint the entire document from the beginning if it runs out of paper during the print. This especially annoying as many of my documents are 400 pages. This has so far cost me about 200 sheets of printing today (which is quite a lot in the "instant ink" scheme of things).
We have just relocated the printer into a new office but no other settings have been changed.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to stop the printer from immediately restarting a job once I have reloaded the paper and pressed OK.
Many thanks
