Hi, my printer is saying that i need to update my payment method or printing will stop however, within the hp smart app i can confirm the card being used doesnt run out until 2026. Please help.

Welcome to the HP support community.
I understand that you want to update the payment method, I am glad to assist you.
- Sign into your Instant Ink account.
- Click Account in the left menu, then Billing.
- Click Change Payment Method to open the Billing details window.
