Terrible service. I was constantly charged monthly and did not receive any Ink for over a year. Adding this up seems better to buy from the store instead. In a month I was charged more than 20 pounds and I cancelled after that charge only for the Ink I paid to stop working. Can someone explain what the rationale behind this is? I will be complaining about this as no one clearly explains this.
