Help! I cancelled Instant Ink. Actually, a) I thought I'd cancelled last year because b) HP never sent me any ink. Now my HP Envy6055e won't print, even though it's loaded with cartridges I bought myself. The help page and virtual assistant just send me in circles.
So not only have I paid HP piles of money for nonexistent ink, now I can't even use the printer won't print with the ink I had to buy myself. This is insanely frustrating.

I'd like to help!
Here's what you need to know & do:
If you have an instant ink cartridge on your printer, remove it and discard that, you can only use regular cartridges on your printer once you cancel the program.
That said, if you have trouble using regular cartridges, I recommend you turn off the web service using the steps from this link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04808536
when done successfully, check if it works fine.

Make sure you replace all the ink cartridges on the printer to regular ink cartridges. Even if a single instant ink cartridge is installed on the printer your printer might not work. Replace low, empty or faulty ink cartridges on your printer. Clean the cartridge contacts and check if it helps.
