I received ink from instant ink for my printer as my ink was getting low, installed the new ink I received but my printer doesn't see it, as it thinks my cartridges are empty, please help as I need my printer for work purposes

Try these steps to reset the printer -
1) Take out the cartridges.
2) Unplug the power cord from the printer & wall.
3) Wait for 30 seconds.
4) Plug the power cord back into the printer and wall, ensure the printer is plugged into the wall & not to a surge protector.
5) Insert the cartridges back into the printer.
If the issue still persists, try cleaning the ink cartridges. Refer to step# 3, 4 and 5 from this document.
Also, have you checked you HP Instant Ink account page? Your Instant Ink account page will have notifications if there are any issues with the account or recent cartridge shipment, it will even provide solutions on how to fix the issue. You may log in to your HP Instant Ink account page from here.
