Bought. a new printer Envy Inspire 7900 and it wont connect to Instant ink. I have twice been onto help desk for hours and they are unable to come up with a solution. On HP smart the printer is registering but I can’t complete final set up. I just keep getting an error message.

I'd like to help!
I understand you are unable to finalize the instant ink subscription.
Try using a different browser to complete the enrolment, (Ex: Chrome, Firefox, Edge)
You may also refer to the document -- Enrolling in HP Instant Ink
Also, Make sure the date and time on the computer are set correctly.
