I can not print until printer is enrolled and I thought it was enrolled

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you. 

If you have cancelled the instant ink subscription, we suggest you remove the instant ink cartridges at the end of the billing cycle and use Original HP cartridges for your printer.
