If your printer is displaying a message directing you to hpinstantink.com, it is likely related to your HP Instant Ink subscription. Here are a few steps to resolve the issue:

Check Your HP Instant Ink Subscription

  • Visit HP Instant Ink and sign in to your account.
  • Verify if your subscription is active and if there are any billing or cartridge-related issues.

Check for Instant Ink Cartridges

  • If you're using HP Instant Ink cartridges, ensure they are properly installed.
  • If your subscription has ended or is inactive, Instant Ink cartridges will stop working. You will need to replace them with standard HP cartridges.

Restart Printer and Check Connection

  • Turn off the printer, unplug it for 60 seconds, and then turn it back on.
  • Ensure your printer is connected to Wi-Fi and online. You can check this by printing a Network Configuration Report from the printer’s control panel.

Run HP Print and Scan Doctor

  • Download and run HP Print and Scan Doctor to detect and fix printing issues.

Reinstall Printer Drivers

  • If the issue persists, uninstall and reinstall your printer driver by downloading the latest version from the HP Support website.

When you sigh up for the ink program with your printer full of ink you are paying  HP for the ink you have in your printer. When you cancel the program they will not let you use the ink you have already paid for. JUST ANOTHE CASE OF BIG BUSINNESS SCREWING THE CONSUMER.
