I understand you are facing an issue with your HP ENVY 5055 printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
To assist better:
- When was the last time the printer worked fine?
- Have you made any recent changes to your Wi-Fi router?
- Is the blue Wi-Fi light solid on the printer?
While you respond to that, we would need some information related to your Instant Ink Subscription. This information cannot be shared on a public post.
