Hi @Ayesha36,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out!

I Understand your concern when your printer won’t connect to WiFi, don’t worry let me help you with this.

Could you please share the exact printer model number ?

In the meantime, here are a few  steps you can try :

01.Restart Printer and Router

Turn off your printer and unplug it for 30 seconds

Restart your WiFi router

Power the printer back on and wait until it’s ready

02.Check WiFi Network

Ensure your router’s 2.4 GHz band is enabled

Verify your phone or PC is connected to the same network

03.Run Wireless Setup Mode

This allows the printer to broadcast itself for setup.

On most HP printers, press and hold the Wireless button until the light blinks

Open the HP Smart app and look for the printer

04.Use HP Smart App

The app guides you through setup and detects nearby printers.

Download/update the HP Smart app

Tap Add Printer and follow the on-screen instructions

05.Reset Network Settings

If all else fails, reset the printer’s network settings.

On the printer, go to Settings → Network → Restore Network Defaults

Re-run the wireless setup process

I hope this helps.
