Product: HP ENVY 5012 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: iOS

I have had the same printer hp 5012 & instant ink account. Somehow the printer is not recognizing instant ink or instant ink isn’t recognizing my printer. Either way it won’t print or go wireless because of instant ink cartridges in the printer. Can someone help me ? Thanks
