Printer won't connect to internet

My printer went off line and only displays that cartridge cannot be used until enrolled in HP instant Ink. I am enrolled, but cannot get rid of error message to get back online.

@Jigger-062_, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

Restart the wireless router, the printer, and the PC

Make sure the printer is connected to the internet.

 

Perform the steps mentioned in this document - 'Cartridge cannot be used until printer is enrolled in HP Instant Ink' Message
