I need help with multiple things asap, I've been trying to get some help with my printer that wouldn't stay online in the beginning now it won't connect at all. Plus I can't remember what the EWS password is for my printer, so I can't change anything. And also I have been getting charged for my instant ink subscription when I'm supposed to have 6 months free. And I also keep getting error message saying cartridge is stalled

Same here! I am having a nightmare trying to set up my printer since I changed broadband provider. Nothing works. The HP Smart app can't find my device even though everything is switched on including Bluetooth, and the printer itself is displaying the correct icons to connect. I am at my wits end!

Exactly, I totally understand what you mean, I have tried everything that hp smart has said plus what I have read online and seen on YouTube. About to lose my mind over this.

At the least, the question about the charges can be sorted.


The locked EWS might need a printer reset - possibly something that can be handled by Instant Ink, certainly something that can be handled by a Community agent.
