Printer won't print. Says Cartridge cannot be used until printer is enrolled in HP Instant Ink.  We have been enrolled for 5 years.  Printer suddenly won't sync to Instant Ink account.

@MarkV6

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Let's remove the web services: To remove Web Services using the printer control panel 1. From the top of the screen, touch or swipe down the tab to open the Dashboard, touch ( HP ePrint ), and then touch (Web Services Settings). 2. Touch Remove Web Services.

Once done, enable web services again.

Let me know if this helps.

If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution and Kudos buttons, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!

Thanks!

Have a great day!

Hello, Betty - Thanks so much for your suggestion but after over 24 hours of trying to figure this out ourselves we cratered and called HP Support.  It took them 1.5 hours to get things fixed, but everything is finally working again!  We have no idea what happened.  Things had been working just fine and suddenly a few days ago the printer stopped communicating with the pcs.  Web services WAS part of the solution but they did all kinds of things via remote access.
