Printer won't print - receiving error message

HP OfficeJet 3830

Trying to print and am getting the following error message: "only one set of Instant Ink Ready cartridges can be used in a printer. Remove and replace with other cartridges".   I don't use Instant Ink, I purchase my cartridges from a box store, but am using  HP 63XL for color and 63 for black.    I can't print -  HELP!!

Welcome to the HP Support Community. 

 

Looks like the ink cartridges sold to you are Instant Ink setup cartridges. 

 

I'd suggest you reach out to the point of sales for a replacement.
