Printer wont connect to services to read ink cartridges etc.

HP Envy 4520

I have an HP Envy 4520. I have an instant ink account. I recently moved and when I setup the printer at the new place it lost connection with HP Instant Ink. I have Hughes Net for internet service now, I had Spectrum before. Could this be the issue?

Is the printer already connected to the new network, is the blue light solid on the printer?

 

If yes, we would need some information related to your Instant Ink Subscription. This information cannot be shared on a public post.
