deskjet 2600 all in one series

I own a HP deskjet 2600 all in one printer series. For the last few days , there a solid red light for information  which is continually on with the hp instant ink icon flashing. The blue wireless light is also flashing.

I have tried everything, turning printer and router on and off, aligning pages,  refreshing the printer offline tab on my instant ink account and using HP scan doctor but to no avail.

I will appreciate your help

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.

  • Are you able to print?
  • Are you using Instant ink cartridges in the printer?
  • Check if the printer is connected to the internet.
  • Press the information button to check and print a report.
  • Refer to this document to resolve blinking light issues.

If the issue persists, please send us a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
