To be able to answer you effectively, we need some information.
May I have the exact product name and number? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
Meanwhile, check the details below:
There are a couple of reasons why you could be receiving this issue. Either
A) your payment method needs to be updated or
B) your printer needs to be connected to the internet/web services.
Are you aware of a credit card that you may have changed?
That's the most common reason customers receive this message.
You can visit instantink.com and log in to your account page to update your payment method. Let me know what happens and I can continue to help you troubleshoot.
