I am so very frustrated because every sense I have had this printer there has been a problem with my printing account. Why am I being charged for something I didn't use. This is the one time that I am not going to settle for half because I took a lost every time and frankly I am getting truly tired of it. I have gotten some paper that need to printed and fax and now I can't. I would be forever grateful if this situation is handle as quickly as possible.
