Getting this message: Cartridge cannot be used until printer is enrolled in HP instant ink.

 

I have cancelled this service and brought brand new ink.

 

Please help as I wish to print now

Welcome to the HP Support Community. 

 

To better assist you - 

 

1) May I have the exact model name of the printer? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

 

2) Have you replaced all the Instant Ink cartridges with the regular ones?

It's a 6960

 

I have actually brought a Cannon printer with ink now..

 

I had the money too so no longer frustrated as can print now. I still think HP is a rip off cos i brought new ink and now its just sitting there and was forced to buy another printer.
